My life experience is what has brought me to where I am today.
I have worked in the field of mental health since 2004. My experience is a combination of predominantly clinical work as a private practitioner also working for various organizations as well as working in academia as a Lecturer and Researcher. During those years, I supported individuals across the lifespan (Adults, Children, Adolescents, and Elderly) providing individual, couple, and family therapy.
This outlines the range of my abilities and scope of my practice.
Working across 3 continents in cross-cultural and multi-lingual contexts taught me … the uniqueness of each story, pain, and collection of struggles. There is no one-size fits all approach to therapy. Utilizing different treatment modalities to fit your individual needs is of a great importance.
