Reaching out for help when you feel you need support takes a lot of courage. This is the most significant action and being part of it is invaluable to me.

I work from a holistic perspective applying a plethora of different therapeutic approaches. Some examples are ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT (Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy), psychodynamic, attachment and EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), MI (Motivational Interviewing), etc.



We all have our own ways we relate to our partners. Both partners come with their attachment style (either conscious or unconscious) into the relationship. Bringing awareness to the way we relate helps us work around it and take the relationship to a place of wholeness.

Lots of things can come up while navigating this new life stage, the teenage years. Having a space to talk about all these things (e.g., anxiety, self esteem issues, anger issues, depression, addictions, loneliness, etc.), in a confidential space out of their inner circle can be really helpful.
